Refund Policy

You have 14 days to return an item from the invoice date.

You must obtain our prior permission before returning any products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please ensure your returns parcel includes your name, company name and postal address. You will need to cover the return carriage costs.

There is a 25% restocking charge on all new and unused product returns.
