Shipping
Due to the nature of our business, shipping is complex.
To allow your order to proceed through our webshop a nominal shipping value will be shown, however this is subject to change once the order is received by our Sales team. Depending on the parts/supplies ordered the cost may be one or a combination of the costs listed below.
Non-mainland UK orders: Shipping costs will be calculated once order is received
UK Shipping: A Rough Guide
- Standard: £20 - small items which can fit into boxes, to a max total weight of around 129kg
- Pallet: £75 per pallet - ramps, bulky items or orders exceeding approx. 130kg
- Oversized: £50 - certain products which are particularly long
We are able to offer timed and Saturday deliveries. These come with additional charges and will need to be discussed with the Sales team. Couriers may also apply additional charges relating to access and waiting.
Please be aware that the above costs are without VAT and may change depending on courier availability and additional courier charges.
Collection
Customers are welcome to collect orders from our warehouse by prior arrangement and during our normal working hours. This option can be selected at checkout and should be noted in the checkout "delivery instructions". Please call our Sales team on 01536 412244 prior to placing the order to discuss arrangements, otherwise your order may be shipped instead.
